Down Payment Programs

Aloha –

Although most potential purchasers aren’t aware, there are hundreds of homeownership programs available to homebuyers across Hawaii. In fact, just on Oahu, there are different programs to assist homebuyers just like you in their path to homeownership!

My job is to help you, help you navigate the maze of red tape so we can get you in a home.  We will work with you from start to finish!

How does it work:  The Down Payment Resource program is proud to work with Multiple Listing Services, REALTOR® Associations, real estate companies, lenders, Housing Finance Agencies and nonprofits across the country. Working together, we help empower more homebuyers with valuable information about down payment assistance and home ownership education.

I will get you to a reputable Lender who can help you get pre-approved through one of the many government or private programs

Then, I would like to help you buy a home.  You don’t pay me, only the seller does upon purchase because I brought him a buyer.   Email me for a private consultation at [email protected]  and we can go from there.

Here is a 1 minute video on the Down Payment Resource program:   https://youtu.be/8UlalHcs9jo
